Return and Refund
1) You have 3 days to contact us and 14 days to return the item from the date it was received. If this item is at your disposal for more than 3 days, it is considered to be a used item and WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE. There are no exceptions! Shipping cost will cost the buyer.
2) All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return and your order number.
3) We will refund you the full amount, excluding shipping charges, after receiving the goods in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
About warranty
1) Defective goods must be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must describe the defect and provide your order number. We do not repair or replace goods with an expired warranty.
